In the modern day and age some people will want to be mobile when working. Maybe the nature of their work in their preferred industry requires they spend some time in different locations or they may want a central location office but can not afford to hire an entire floor. Fear not, you can still have the benefits of a central office location without the high costs (which is great for a small workforce or entrepreneurs).

Desk rental give you the freedom to move around as much as you like (depending on what service provider you choose) with “hot desks”. Hot desks are basically a first come first serve basis of workspace that you can rent for a duration of days or hours to crack on with your work. Most places offer “complementary” hot and cold beverages as well as 24 hour access, receptionists, meeting rooms and high speed internet.   

As you find time moving on some of these service providers actually allow you to permanently rent a desk (for an increase in price) that allows the place to be your own. If you like being mobile, or like a balance between working in a fixed location and at home then renting a hot desk is for you.
