There is no simple way to keep your employees completely happy all the time. One thing you can do, however, is to optimise their work environment so that they are happy with the building and the space they have to work in. They are going to be spending a lot of time in the office, so if you want them to work hard and you want to get the most out of them, make sure their office environment is more than adequate.

Here are some of the simple things you can do to improve your office environment and keep you employees satisfied:

• Get new desks and chairs. Keep employees comfortable.
• Take care of the little things. Make sure employees have plenty of space to work, and the small things they might need, like stationery and a bin.
• Improve storage. Make sure everyone in the office has room for everything they need.
